Welcome!

Hanging out with your dog is what brings you close and bonds you emotionally together. The most important things dog owners think about dog are, potty training, obedience, and health. I want to go even beyond those points. To touch on what is so fulfilling about owning a pooch.
What about traveling with your dog?

What dog doesn’t love adventure and discovery?  Do you like to go on road trips?  Do you like to fly and visit friends and family?  Do you just want a day adventure out in nature?

There are always questions to ask, lists to check off, and tasks to complete before you go on a trip. So, when you travel and decide to take your dog with you, here are some questions to ask yourself.
Will I be more relaxed on this trip because I have my dog with me?
Is he well trained with good manners around my friends, guests, and other dogs?  Is she groomed and smelling clean?  Has my buddy had any potty issues lately?  Do I need to take my dog to the Vet before we go?  How’s his behavior? Does he have any skin problems? Allergies?

Make a good list.  Ask yourself; do I have a good leash, harness, carrier, travel food and water bowls, treats, towels, wet wipes,  dry shampoo, and anything else I might use while away from home?  Do I know how to groom him if need be while we’re away? Does she obey me? Can I keep him safe? Will she get enough exercise? Is there a hotel for dogs where I will be staying available?

If you’re used to being with your dog 24/7 and have taken the time to train her well,  you’ll be so glad she’s with you on your trip. Our dogs bring so much joy to our lives! When our pals are healthy and obedient dogs, they can be a great source of stress relief! Just another reason to take them with you on your next adventure!
